What is your venue capacity?

We have a 250-person capacity but a 240-seated dinner capacity.

Can we have our ceremony rehearsal here before our wedding?

Yes, with your investment, a one-hour ceremony rehearsal is included. This can be done the day/night before your wedding as long as the venue is not booked. If we happen to be booked, we will work with you to try to find a time that will work prior to your wedding.

If you make a two-day booking, you get up to 4 hours of rehearsal time.

How can I book a tour?

Tours are available by appointment only. Please call (479) 361-0558 or email us at  serenitysbarn@gmail.com to set up a time to visit. Be sure to check our social media for upcoming open house dates, too!

Do you require event insurance?

Yes, all of our bookings require the obtainment of event insurance for the duration of the event. One insurance option can be found at theeventhelper.com

This insurance option shall be sufficient to cover the anticipated number of guests and list “CMJ Edwards Enterprise, LLC, d/b/a Serenity’s Barn” as an additional insured. A Certificate of Insurance shall be furnished to Serenity’s Barn no later than 30 days before the Event. 

Do you have staff on-site?

A Serenity’s Barn site manager may be on site if inquired upon in advance. Our staff will oversee the facility and will not coordinate, plan, or accept any deliveries on your behalf.

 Please inquire if you need an event/wedding planner or decorator. 

Do you allow animals on-site?

The presence of animals or pets on the premises is prohibited for all events. Droppings of any kind will result in charges that will incur for cleanup and disposal. Special exceptions will be made for any person needing assistance with a service animal. Please consult with staff for any additional animal concessions.

Do you provide music/DJ services?

We do not provide a DJ but feel free to inquire about one of our referred DJs. You or your event planner must contact any musicians or DJs. 

Am I responsible for cleaning?

You are responsible for leaving the venue in the same condition provided by the end of the rental period. 

The kitchen and bar areas should be free from food and beverages and wiped down. This includes the removal of all decorations and/or property brought to the venue, removing all food, drink, rentals, etc., that were brought in, and emptying all trash receptacles. 

The client will be provided an “event completion” checklist that must be completed and approved by Serenity’s Barn before leaving. 

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Are you a first responder, nurse, teacher, military personnel, or police officer?

What are your parking options?

Depending on the wedding/event style of choice, the parking can be orchestrated anywhere within the graveled pavement. 

What about alcohol and security?

Alcohol may be served but may not be sold at the venue. All alcohol on the premises must be served by a licensed and insured bartender approved by Serenity’s Barn in advance. No cash bars. Alcohol may only be served to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age and older.

If liquor is to be present at the venue, the client is to hire a security guard who shall be present at the venue from the time the alcohol begins to be served until it ceases, with the security guard to be present for no less than four (4) hours. Inquire with staff for our approved partners.
